I am Mevlana.
“Path is ours,
Caravansary is ours,
Close friend is ours,
Deep love is yours,”
He said, my Yunus added word to word.

Let greeting be to all of you.
Let each one who comes, take,
Let him/her find his/her place [in after earth life],
Let him/her conform to his/her record.

We are together
With the one who says,
“We took from earth,
We knew from sky,”
With the one who knows the universe as One secret.
We came [to earth],
We took,
We knew [The Meaning],
We matured [spiritually].
With whom?
With the one who knows [that] HAK [is] in HAK,
With the one who sees him/herself as [being] from HAK.

“Selam [peace/greeting],” he said, Somuncu came: [Somuncu: Sufi saint whose real name was Hamid Hamidüddin. He lived on earth between 1331 and 1412. He used to cook loafs of bread and distribute them to the ones who wanted. The nickname 'somuncu' means 'maker of bread loaf'...]
“Let us come in the name of Darling,
Let us join the table.
Let us fall in admiration with the one who says, [let us admire [HIM] with the one who says]
‘Traveler is in [with] us,’” he [Somuncu] said.
"Let us take,
Let us laugh,
Let us say, 'Loaf [of bread] is with you,'" they said,
They took my loaf.
We undressed with the pedestrian, [pedestrian==human who gets free of earth load]
We dressed with the one who wraps [hugs].
The one who fears, is mistaken:
Fire cooks like in the example of bread.

“My foot is on earth,
My heart is in you,” they said,
They considered my name as Abdal. [Abdal=Pir Sultan Abdal was a Sufi saint who lived between 1480 and 1550]
Suffering was not in me,
Worry did not fill the body.
I walked as pedestrian intensively,
I tied cloth belt to the tree.
Whatever they say,
Let them see Abdal in admiration. [let them see Abdal while he always admires]

“I took from the summit,
I said, ‘Rain,’
I found the blessing in mud.
Let one plant, let one harvest,
Let each one of its drops flow,”
He said, Kaygusuz greeted. [Kaygusuz=Kaygusuz Abdal was a Sufi saint who lived between 1341 and 1444. His real name was Alaeddin Gaybi. His nickname 'kaygusuz' means 'without worry.']

“’Foot [is] small, it does not carry,
Mountains [are] lofty, they do not let her cross,’ they said,
They considered Meryem [Virgin Mary] as weak.
[although] Foot [was] small,
Effort [was] big:
I crossed the mountains easily,
I reached the path that is wished, easily,”
She said, Meryem took the word.
The one who comes
Opens door to the one who goes;
Through the door that is opened
The one who is chosen passes.
We searched
Not the haunt but the stop,
We set up the nest like that. [nest=home; nest==Mevlana’s/Garib’s congregation]
We did not search witness,
We did not ask from hawk.
We conveyed through heart.
We waited for selam [peace/greeting] from the wind,
We added each selam that came to one another.
In the sun that was/is born,
In the fire that burned/burns
We always saw HIM.
We knew the one who/that came/comes, from HIM. [we knew that everything was from HIM]
We gave the mirror to the one who was/is without path
So that he/she found/finds HIS path,
So that he/she handed/hands [the mirror] over at the place where he/she found/finds.
It wandered from hand to hand,
Love reached one another,
On the [current] day, all of us came together with you.
Let us say, “Selam [peace/greeting],”
In each selam,
Let us find The Lofty One’s voice.

My word is to the one who says,
“Is The Lofty One’s voice, in selam?”:
The Lofty One’s voice is
In each moment,
On every side.
Yet human
Comes together thanks to selam,
Has heart-to-heart talk thanks to selam.
Selam is
The door of the word,
The building of the chat.
We knew all [humans],
We respected each day.
“My Allah created,” we said,
We looked at The Essence with Essence.
[Hazrat Meryem's chat ends here]

I am Mevlana.
We are from the ones
Who passed through the notch,
Who crossed every hal,
Who ran to the call.

If the one who runs away
Knows his/her place,
If he/she says,
“My place is on the [HIS] path,”
He/she would give up running away,
He/she would give up telling lie,
[and when he/she does so:]
He/she would pass every stone quickly.

Our place, our path is evident.
It is necessary
Not to chase the one who runs away
But to invite [him/her].
What is meant by, “Our place,” is
Not the hal of earth
But to come to the hal in which we are. [? But to come to the hal in which we mature [spiritually]. ?]
Let it not be thought that our word means dying. [what we mean by 'be in the [same] hal in which we are,' does not mean 'you too be without body [i.e. die!]']
In intensive hal, [in intensive work]
In many languages,
It is the one that is expected in each building. [this is what is expected from each human]

“In butter and honey,
In the one who loves,
In each hal
We found his/her equivalent,
We loved, we rejoiced,”
He said, my Yunus entered the word.
We came saying, “Path,”
We gave saying, “Hal.”
We [have] spread, let us gather,
We respected, let us fold up [in number] [increase in number].
Dawn: Birth of the day;
While watching [it],
We saw 'coming into being.' [? We saw [spiritual] maturation. ?]
In coming into being [? When we matured [spiritually] ?]
We found Whole,
We wore the light shoe like that. [to wear light shoe==to follow the footprints of Prophet Mohammad]

What the one who is satiated brings is
What the one who searches, consumed.
“What does the one who is satiated, bring?” is said.
Love of course.
What did the one who searches, consume?
At the place where love ends
Deep love starts.

"Even though there may be stones,
Our place is evident,
Heart is in hal,” he/she says;
The one who searches, herds
Not him/herself,
But his/her heart.

[Chat of Hazrat Merkez starts here:]
Did the herd stay in [with] me?
Did the interpretation conform to hal?
Did HIS human know Darling?

There is neither you nor me. [there is only ‘we’/ONEness]

You have of course no worry
Because no flesh stays in you. [i.e. when you reach the state of hal, when you undress the body…] [hal==to find oneself in water, air, sand, soil, tree, leaf…]
[he said,] My Merkez came to word, [Merkez=Merkez Efendi was a Sufi saint who lived between 1463 and 1551]
He gave interpretation in each event,
He entered the word like that.

If path belongs to the one who walks,
Hal belongs to the one who herds.

Leaf is the decoration of the tree,
Wind [is] the sound of deep love.
We came to the nest by opening our path, [nest==Mevlana’s/Garib’s congregation]
We brought two of four leaves to our table.
Selam.
Let my Allah be pleased with the one
Who comes,
Who conveys his/her selam.

Let him/her be
Soft like velvet,
Fluid like water,
Burner like deep love.
Let him/her give his/her voice to the one who takes,
He said, my Eyyub came.
Each leaf of worry falls,
Fresh one comes to its place of course.
Each written page is passed,
New page is opened in front of him/her,
He said, he greeted, he walked.

The door that the one who is tolerant opens to The Reality
Is not closed because of the one who despises.
When it is like that,
The door is never closed to the one
Who comes to your foot,
Who says, “Let me be with you.”

I am Mevlana.
There is open connection between
The sifting of the sand,
Human reaching [the state of] hal,
What The Reality gives,
What The Beautiful One builds.
[for the one who is not on HIS path:]
In front of him/her,
There is the mountain to be climbed to.
Let us say, “Ya Allah,” [ya Allah==thank YOU for my God-given share, I accept without any complaint]
Let us put heart to the path. [let us love HIS path / let us be on HIS path…]

Display does not tie us, [display==everything that is visible to human’s earth eye/The Giving of Allah [i.e. in matter form]] [we [the saints] are not in matter environment]
Judgment [does not tie] the word. [judgment does not influence the word / Allah lets human choose in free will...]

Human does not delay human
When he/she finds hal.
When
‘Time has come’
Is said,
He/she does not wait for the one who does not come.

“Ya Allah,” we said, [ya Allah==thank YOU for my God-given share, I accept without any complaint]
We [have] set the intention up for the path.
Let us not say,
“Our path is difficult,”
Let us not put point to the beauty.

In word, enter the interpretation.
We gave before,
“Our foot takes to the path,” we said.
When Toktay [Toktay=Hazrat Isa [Jesus Christ]]
Bends the knee,
Looks at our hal,
He will give the path that is open,
He will be helper in every hal.
What he gave from earth, [what he gave when he was on earth in body]
What he took from The Lofty One,
The one of which he showed its value on the day
Will come openly.
White [pure] Camel will make his place be known in desert.

We will know
[while being]
On earth-on flatness,
On earth-on knee.

In interpretation,
We will give
Not word [oath/promise]
But in [interpretation of the] word.

Goodbye.

I am Mevlana.


Say, “My Allah,” plead;
HE is The One Who protects you.

Let us forget what happened,
Let us set up good deed intention [let our intention be for good deed]
For the one that will happen.


If you do not enter the events,
You do not fall in worry.

“I took the apple from the branch;
I saw
[spiritual] Maturation in hal,
Filling with The Beautiful One,
Loving with the one who loves,”
He said, my Yunus entered the word.

Do not ask path to the one who is [spiritually] immature,
He/she makes you run into stone.
Do not ask place to the one who is without knowledge,
He/she makes wall be built as door.
The One Who gives
Holds your hand;
To the one who throws stone at you,
HE throws the lasso,
“From Darling,” HE says,
Opens your path.


Goodbye.

I am Mevlana.
Our nest [is] our path, [nest==Mevlana’s/Garib’s congregation]
All of you, you are our love.
“Our love,” we said,
We flowed from heart to heart,
We looked at your path.
Let selam [peace/greeting] be with you.

The one who knows his/her place [in after earth life]
Is the one who searches HIS direction.

We brought his selam. [it is thought that ‘his’ stands for “Prophet Mohammad’s”]
'They conformed to the new one,' we said.

The one that is said about,
“We came-we gave,
We loved-we are loved,”
We found [it] in all of you.

I searched each bunch [of grapes],
In every root, I found The Order [orderliness].
I asked [about] The Creator from the one who saw as Beautiful.
It was said:
“They recorded your name,
They remembered you as Yunus.”

In the color of The Reality,
Each event’s equivalent
Is seen.

In the question that comes openly,
One conforms to the harmony of the universe.

“Who is the one who takes his/her place?
How is it known?” is said.
In the universe,
Each one who exists,
Who says, “My being [is] because of The Writing,” [The Writing == destiny]
Is the one who knows his/her place.

(Question: Could you tell us about the divine beings that are called as angel, and their duties?)

The places of the angels are known
From their colors.
From earth to sky, harmony is set up.
In the order [orderliness] of color,
There is duty of each angel.
Of course [their duty is] not only in the order of color:
In HIS Writing that is called as
‘HIS human’s unavoidable destiny,’
HIS angels are on duty as helper.
Of course helper to HIS human.

We gave the blue color, Azrael.
It is said, “Angel of death.”
In reality,
It is the angel that does not take life
But helps the spirit to get free of the dense fog.

In green color, Gabriel is on duty.
From earth to sky,
Its giving in HIS each human’s search
Is big.

Israfel opens with yellow,
Chooses with the one who knows his/her [? its ?] color in The Building.

Michael
Is on duty to save the bunch from difficulty,
Is known with purple color.

(Question: What is the meaning of ‘the bunch?)

The society that found its harmony
Is remembered as ‘bunch.”

Colors are never added to one another;
Yet they do not stay as separate from one another.
Because they are the four walls of The Building.

Beauty is in knowing,
In asking what one does not know.

Meydan is ours,
What is ours is yours.
Of course, each one who/that exists
Belongs to you all.

Dissatisfaction makes one find The Reality.
Each one that he/she takes
Makes HIS human [spiritually] mature.

(Question: In the previous chat, it was said, “We undressed with the pedestrian, we dressed with the one who wraps,” would you explain?)

Pedestrian is the one
Who starts the journey on the [HIS] path,
Who looks at the traveler openly.
If I start as pedestrian [on foot],
It is necessary that I undress, why?
In order to get free of load,
In order to stay one to One with Oneself.
What is meant by “To stay one to One with Oneself”:
To work hard [on HIS path],
To get free of abundant addictions,
To know the path without getting question about ‘you-me’,
To give his/her direction to the new one.

‘Pedestrian’ does not mean ‘the one who spreads.’ [‘yayan’ in the original chat in Turkish has two meanings: 1. Pedestrian, 2. The one who/that spreads…]
It means ‘barefoot, barehead [open mind].’

What is meant when it is said,
“We dressed with the one who wraps [hugs],”
Is the one who shows the color of ‘coming into being.’
There is no mistake in interpretation.
However, it is necessary to find the equivalent
Of the one who wraps.
He/she should wrap in such a way
That he/she dresses
With soft place,
With soft word,
He/she becomes hal with hal.

Yeast gives place to the one that proliferates,
It does not dress.
Fire
Both cooks
And dresses.

(Question: in a previous chat you gave a similar example with [bread] loaf.)

In [bread] loaf,
Do you not see what it wears?
“Crust of the bread,” you say.
We open the vision in accordance with your place, [vision==to see HIM in HIS creations]
We spread The Beautiful One to each one who sees.

In ladder,
There is descent and ascent.
Even though intention is open to pleading, [even though Allah takes into account your pleading when HE writes your destiny]
The one that is written is known, [[only] destiny that Allah writes is known]
Intention is divided like that.
Satiety
Is wished,
Is given with each one who wishes.

Spoon is in hand,
Word [is] in tongue,
Deep love [is] in heart.

If unripe grape knew its place,
If it said, “I will become grape,”
It would not fall in worry.
If wine entered the jug,
If it found body in the jug,
Would it say, “The One That I search”?

Even if they took concrete example,
Even if they saw sea in desert,
They would still not know,
They would not untie the knot
If there wasn’t his/her giver,
If he/she did not know the satiety.
It is seen in the maturation of the tree;
It is not because of intention
But because of the [spiritual] maturation that is expected.

You wanted to know our place,
You remembered saying, “Yunus,”
Every time, you said word about his value.
You attempted
Not with word
But with essence,
You came together with essence.

Open the curtain that is in between;
Let each human be open to each human.
Let him/her see as he/she is, [? Let him/her see as much [spiritually] mature as he/she is, ?]
Let him/her give as he/she is. [? Let him/her give as much [spiritually] mature as he/she is, ?]
There is salvation in openness.

Let us say,
“Let my foot be pedestrian, [let me be pedestrian]
Let my heart come to its senses,”
Let us start the journey on the [HIS] path like that.

Love from heart to heart
Brings ONEness.
Human’s right on human
Makes known my Allah’s judgment.
My Allah says,
“Do not come to me with [another] human’s right,”
Our word is this.
If each human asked [about] his/her place
Not from us
But from him/herself first,
If he/she judged him/herself,
Love would take root in his/her structure.

When we said,
“We put on the light shoe,” [light shoe==to follow the footprints of Prophet Mohammad]
It meant:
We are purified,
We rejoiced,
We are wrapped in deep love.

Let my Allah be pleased,
Let HIS Consent stay with all [humans].

Tree that is on hillside comes [grows] as prone.
What HIS human finds in love, comes increasingly. [love increases]
Let one not say,
“The one who does not love:”
There is
Not the one who can not love
But the one who does not know to love.
Go there and see:
Such [a] human’s surrounding is narrow.
Form [a] circle around him/her,
Let them be undressed with your love,
Let him/her be dressed in your hug.
Let him/her be proud of your song,
Let him/her regret his/her song [of lovelessness].
[even if he/she does not know to love:]
The one who is on duty in the bunch, is there.
...
...
My Yunus greeted,
“Word to Mevlana,” he said.
Let us be holding, [let us hold hand in hand]
Let us find one another
Like in the example of bunch.
Let us open the swaddle,
Of course the newborn comes out from inside.
In the newborn,
There is entrance to the new one.

We took a lot,
We gave a lot.
We saw the one who rolls up
And the one who drives.
We loved the one who put on display
And the one who opened the interpretation.

Our love is without additive,
Let it be equal to your love.

Let footprint stay in the snow that falls.
Footprint that is on snow
Helps the one who comes.
If you wish it to happen, [if you wish that it snows]
If you find satiety in its falling, [if you like that it snows]
Snow, when it melts, still finds what it searches:
Nearby of every water is green.

Even though place and path are yours,
Sea and sky belong to all [humans].
You can not own there, [you can not own them]
Nor can you stay as separate either.

You can not ask [about] lasso [lasso==God’s help]
From the bridge that you can not cross.
Are you not responsible yourself for the path
That you say about, “My foot took [me there]”?

If you will find the satiety,
If you will ask from the moss,
[then] Its solution is with us of course.
Yet it is given to your knowledge when its day comes,
Another knot in the universe
Is untied like that.

What transforms the night into day,
Is the one that makes the circuit work intensively.
“What does it mean?” is said.
We gave the night and the day [that are] in heart.
The Order that is in the universe changes
Neither with the one who works
Nor with the one who gets used to.
No new order comes into being
Because human wished so.
The One Who makes come into being
Is The One Who makes the one who searches, find.
He/she finds what The Creator wishes him/her to find.
The ones who conform to The Order [orderliness] of The Existence,
The ones who say,
“We are standing up, we are ready,”
Are of course with The One Who gives one’s place.

Essence is on the path that opens,
Meryem [Virgin Mary] is in the arm that is wished. [Meryem is arm-in-arm with the one who wishes]
She said, “Selam [peace/greeting],”
She came,
She entered the interpretation on [about] the page.
“We drank cool ayran, [ayran= drink made of yogurt and water]
We had [a] nice break [rest] in the village.
We took egg from chicken,
We said about chicken, 'From HALIK.'
In drop, we went out, [we were extinguished in drop]
In pain, we presented.
We turned,
Each event in which we searched what we hoped for,
We saw that
What was beautiful was
Not what we hoped for
But the one that was written [by HIM].
Traveler of the soft path,
His/her boniface [of caravansary]
Gives with every hal.
Let selam be.
[Toktay and I,]
We came together from the path,
Let it be known.”

“Let Meryem give her place,
Let her spread her heart to all [humans],” is being said.
Our display is to [for] you all.
Of course our place opens.
Yet Toktay [Jesus Christ] is chosen first.
“Who is he?” is said.
He is my son
Who remembered HAK’s name at birth,
Who said, “My mother is innocent.”

“Let it not be said,
‘Let it happen sooner or later,’
Let my name not be divided by three letters. [? Let the step not be divided by three letters. ?] [we interpret this verse as follows: let there not be three religions but ONEness...]
I came, I will give,
I will see [accomplish] my duty.
I opened
Not with oath
But with deep love,
I chose the journey at dawn.
Mature [spiritually] [? Be ?]
Similar to how you take
In cold and hot,
In rain and sun.
Give as much [spiritually] mature as you are. [? Give as you are. ?]
My Allah is with you,
You too, be with my Allah.
Let Allah’s Name be in tongues,
[let] Interpretation be in hearts,”
He said, my son greeted.

My son came openly,
Gave openly.
“Let my mother’s word stay on the display,”
He said,
He put his name on each page.
“What does it mean?” is said.
On each page
There is sign in his name.
Let selam be,
Let HAK’s name stay in tongues,” she said,
Meryem greeted.

(Question: Is Toktay, Hazrat Isa [Jesus Christ]?)

Eyvallah [affirmative].

We came together with close friend
In every hal,
We matured [spiritually] with love. [? We came into being with love. ?]

The one who takes place in intention,
The one who is called as ‘Hazrat Isa [Jesus Christ],’
Is the one who spread HIS path as much as he took.
Hazrat Ibrahim [Abraham]
Is the one who is opened as much as he knew.
Hazrat Ali is the one who showed to all
WHAT he [Hazrat Abraham] knew,
WHAT he [Hazrat Isa] spread,
That HE existed.

(Question: What is White [pure] Camel?)

When its day comes, it is given.
In writing, it is seen with the one who wrote.

Goodbye.
