I am Mevlana.
With greening branches, with opening roses,
If we say about the universe, “Beautiful,”
[on the other hand,]
If we complain about the mud,
about the falling rain,
Is the fault in us or in The One Who set up the order?
Of course in us.
The One Who set up the order, is The One Who erased the fault from the universe.
If you say, “How does HE erase?”
By making human find his/her [own] mistake.
If the rain does not fall,
If soil does not become mud,
You see neither the greening branch nor the opening rose.
The one who chisels, knows the carved design.
The one who chisels and finishes [the carved design], sees.
The one who puts light shoe on his/her feet, walks. [light shoe==footsteps of Prophet Mohammad] [the one who follows the footsteps of Prophet Mohammad, walks on HIS path]
We said, “Ya Allah,” we knew the word from HIM,
We knew and took [it] in the heart, we said, “Eyvallah,”
We became One with HIM.
We entered the word in chat. [we started the chat]

Your place is from HIM, your chance [opportunity, possibility] is from HIM;
How about your hunger, WHOM is it from?
Of course from HIM.
If you say, “Is it because of selfishness?”
Because of [his/her] disagreement with wholeness.
Disagreement with wholeness is
“Not to wait from The Creator.”
My Yunus says,
If the government falls in despicableness,
[then] People suffer.
However,
Government is the spokesbody of the society. [government is like the spokesperson of the society]
Since the society sets the government up as spokesbody,
It merits its pain.
If you die without eating, if you leave your stomach on earth,
Does your spirit stay as hungry?
Do not forget that the hunger of the stomach allays your heart[’s hunger].
You can not know the hunger of your spirit without finding yourself [before coming to your senses].
However, before your stomach stays as hungry, you do not turn toward HIM.
Of course, my word is not for every human.
I said before:
My Allah trains HIS human with what HIS human avoids.
And is that not [a] favor for HIS human?
If HE left HIS human as hungry,
Is it because HE abandoned HIM/her?
Never.
We said, "Government," we loaded the weight of the word on the government.
Of course its load is heavy. [of course government’s responsibility is a lot]
Because government of Sheria recognizes justice. [Sheria= Islamic law as derived from the Koran and the traditions of Islam; ]
If government stays away from justice
Under its load, its people are divided into pieces.
Time fits in HIM.
In one moment
There is establishment [genesis] of the universe, and doomsday. [according to "Big Bang" theory, universe was created in one moment from one point, and will disappear in one moment also]
Because each moment gives birth to the other moment.
What is the one that Asia gave birth to and took to Europe?
Laugh as much as you can laugh, say as much as you can say.
“Did we pass from HAK’s path to history?” is said.
The sun that was born in Asia
Gave, of course, its first sprout there,
Took it to Europe.
There is no sunset there.
Even if there is fight, its end is peace.
When one puts light shoe on, [light shoe==footsteps of Prophet Mohammad] [when one follows the footsteps of Prophet Mohammad]
When we wrap [embrace] each human,
When all of us are one,
What we will see, is peace.
“Captain knows the ship,
Captain gives its path,
Captain finds the harbor again.
For that [reason] surrender to the captain,”
He said, my Yunus walked.
Did we wait for the tree, did we add bud,
Did we collect the flower?
Let us not hold the flower [in our hand], let us wait for the fruit. [let us not collect the flower, let us wait that the flower becomes fruit]
In society, thinking does not fall on [one] individual,
It falls on individuals.
If individuals are free,
Then the society resembles [a] tree of which the flower did not fall.
If you say, “Is there [a] tree of which the flower does not fall?”
Of course there is, you mentioned the subject,
“It gives cure,” you said.
You forgot lemon [tree].
Let me say about the giving [of God], let me give lemon leaf[‘s merit].
In dyspnea, it is the only giving to open the breath.
The one that is not [real] is not given, [we only tell the truth]
The one of which the time has not come, is not said. [we explain each subject when its time comes]
We represent not the well, but the ocean. [lake/well==stagnant water==religious fanatic] [stagnant water does not flow to the ocean; ocean==God]
We wish for [a] decree for the cure.
If you say, “What do we mix with what in order to open our breath?”
Let us crush the leaf of lemon, let us add honey. [let us mix with honey]
However, let us choose young and fresh one of the leaf.
Let us eat like in the example of marmalade,
Let us say, “Thank YOU my Allah.”
We knew the [spiritual] meaning, we gave the matter.
However, we said, “Body is entrusted by my Allah.”
The Lofty One Who gives for HIS human
The leaf of the lemon, its soil, its root,
Does not, of course, consider [our] saying as mistake. [what we say to you is by permission of God]
Beauty is in
Knowing 'the giving' of [a] tree of which leaf falls. [knowing the value of a tree of which the leaves fall [hence knowing Allah’s endowment]]
Is the giving of the tree only its fruit?
When he/she says,
“Velahavle velakuvvete illa billahil
Aleyhul azim,”
He/she says,
“Each being that/whom I referred to the universe
Is in service of the universe.”
When human reads this prayer,
He/she says,
“My Lofty Allah,
I found strength from each one that you gave,
I acquired it.”
However, even him/herself is unaware of what he/she says.
The essential meaning is open [clear], what I give is not interpretation, it is the essence.
Interpretation is to give the one that conforms to intention,
[whereas] Essence is to say as it is.
Hundred wise ones interpret one prayer in hundred kinds [ways].
I said “wise one,” there is no mistake.
Because the pleasure of each wise one is different.
“Be!” was said, universe existed;
“Find!” was said, human found.
But [found] what?
Some [found] the flower, some [found] the bug,
Some [found] the beautiful, some [found] the ugly.
Voila, this the fight that is in the universe.
Yet, finding is ONE, The Creator.
Might is HIS, Glory is HIS, and HE is mine.
Am I? [do I exist?] How can I?
[because] I am also HIM.
“I” [is] the attribute of the body;
Once erasing that attribute, [one is in] HIS Persona.
Stand in the sun so that you burn with its fire, [sun==Prophet Mohammad]
While burning and burning, you return [to after earth life].
Do not forget that when there is cloth on body,
Its heat makes only sweat.
When one gets free of the cloth, [then] it [sun] burns.
Let us take off our clothes that are with patch, without patch,
Let us take the sun in essence, let us put on our forehead from ice. [let us put on our forehead some ice]
“The connection between the sun and the ice?” is said, it is asked.
Is each creation not with its opposite?
Cold takes the fire from your head, dissipates the heat in the body.
If human takes the sun directly, he/she becomes love-crazed.
Do not forget that ice also is the one that my Allah said to, “Be!”
Each one verse [of Koran] complements the other one.
Voila, the one that is called as 'hell' in Koran
Is the ice that is put onto the head of the human.
In the fight that you do not defeat, [if you can not win]
Do not know [consider] your opponent as enemy.
Do not forget that
To the opponent whom you could not defeat
My Allah was [his/her] helper.
If you know him/her as enemy,
You become as defying my Allah.

I am Mevlana.
At the place where sand is, we take the word when it is given [to us].
We look in hearts with admiration.
We greet all of you.
Let greetings be one, with you, with us. [let us all be one]
Let one say, “Salvation is from HIM.”
Say, “Greeting,”
To the one whom you know as close friend,
To the one whom you know as enemy so that
You lift the dust from in between.
Path is asked from the one who passes the bridge,
Path is taken from the one who sees the right [correct].
Oil lamp of the one who knows soft path, burns continuously.
If we say that his/her eye [is] HIS Light,
We see that the one who conforms to his/her Light, is HIS pir.
If you do not separate your eye from the justice,
If you do not favor human over human,
I say, "Your oil lamp does not go out."
Do not be curious about the door that is not opened.
Do not say, “Why is it closed?”
Not happening of the event about which you say, “It does not happen”:
Let you know that it does not happen because it does not bring good deed.
If you say, “I can not give up Darling,”
Do not watch HIS human’s path,
Do not waste your eye’s Light
For the path of another human.
Say, “Eye is mine, HIS Light is mine,
The one that I will see, is my path,” give [your Light] there.
The one who knows earth as building, is the one who ties him/herself to it.
Be without tie so that you find yourself, so that you see your mistakes.
Because the one who hugs the state of the earth, is the one
Who closes curtain to [his/her own] mistakes,
Who sees other human’s mistake,
Who forgets his/her own mistake.
Hope shows earth as nice,
[as such] It serves HIS human.
If you say, “Does one live with hope only?”
Hope is the pink color of [hope is optimistic expectation in]
Not living,
But imagination.
It is known that living does not change.
The one who gives carved design, is the one who allays hearts’ hunger.
The reason is Light of eye.

If you eat the fruit without seeing,
Can you find its rotten [part]?
The one who wishes for the taste of the water, is the one who walks around the springs.
The taste of the water that each spring gives, is not the same.
However, if you found only one spring,
It is necessary to say, “Eyvallah,” for whatever it gives.

Let us not be among HIS humans who say,
“I came [to earth], I could not know [Darling],
I saw [HIS creations], I could not find [HIM in HIS creations],
I could not burn in HIS sun.” [sun==Prophet Mohammad]
Let us not be filled with sorrow at arrival.
My Yunus who says,
“Neither in heaven nor in hell,
My heart [belongs] to HIM only,”
Took the word, greeted all of you.
I walked around the mountains, on HIS path.
Yet, if I say,
“I wished to open my heart to HIS corrupt humans,”
It is irrelevant.
Seek HIM
Neither in heaven nor in hell;
Do not put corruption in your hearts.
Because HIS place is in hearts.
Whatever is in your heart, you will find that.
Did you ever see "hell" in the heart of any human so that
You fall in the fear of hell.
It is said, “There is heaven, hell in Koran.”
Of course, each event in the universe is with its opposite:
Like in the example of white and black,
Beautiful and ugly.
[however,] Since we say that there is no ugly,
When you try to see the beautiful,
You erase the hell.
Koran is written according to the heart of each human.
Mesnevi is gathered from the flowers of Koran.
Flowers, by watering, came up to the [current] day;
However, on the [current] day it [Mesnevi] both progressed on [HIS] path and grew in height.
On our day [on earth], [only] one group [of people] used to take Mesnevi.
On the [current] day it [Mesnevi] found [reaches] all [humans].
Do not ever give the ownership of Mesnevi to me;
Because it is not from me, but from HIM.
Tree is HIS, root is HIS, only gathering is mine.
“I gave on my day [on earth],” I said.
Let witnessing serve all of you.
What is witnessing? [it is:]
For what HE gives, for what you take, "your thanking [to HIM]" is 'witnessing.'
That is “kelime-i sahadet”: [kelime-i sahadet=the Ýslamic confession of faith]
“My Allah, Your Whole Being That is in the universe
Let It be witness to my 'thanking to YOU.'
YOU do not want any witness
Because YOU are HIM [That is] in everything.
Let my sky be HIM too [so that]
I see YOU in them,
[so that] I can find Your Representative as One with YOU,
[so that] I can lift every load from in between,
[so that] I do not complain about the night,
[so that] I do not find fault in Your human in the load of the day.”
Let HIM be in the heart of all of you.
Let the one who finds the ship, make [it] known to the one who does not find.
“Path is convenient,” he said, my Yunus gave the word to us.
The one who says, "Let me not get off the horse," is the one who does not conform to God-given share.
Did you ask the horse its day?
Did you make its load lighter?
Did you know that it is entrusted to you too?
Whether you give water to oak [tree] or not, it does not change,
Because it does not wait from you.
Negativity can not find the line of the destiny
Because
Destiny does not conform to the intention of human.
[then] You conform to it so that you erase the negativity.
What is it that the one who crosses the water, will take?
Each human’s intention changes according to his/her heart.
Some say, “I get [may get] sick,”
He/she is afraid of crossing the water.
Some say, “I may fall and stay [hurt myself],”
He she/is afraid of causing trouble to the body.
Why is the fear?
[because] Of not being able to submit [oneself] to destiny.
Because,
If you are going to get sick, you get sick even if you do not cross the water.
I say for that [reason]:
Seek the mistake
Not in events,
But in yourself.
Let greeting be to all of you,
Let our word stay here.
Goodbye.

I am Mevlana.
Let my Allah be pleased
With the one who finds the path of our nest,
With the ones who keep the hearts pleased.
To try the one that happened, is irrelevant. [forget about past events]
[however,]
To wait for the one that will happen, to add [it] to your pleading is your duty. [wish to Allah about your hopes, for [positive/good] future events]
Do not take the fruit from the ground,
Do not put unripe fruit on the display.
Neither the one on the ground, nor the one on the display
Is convenient to be taken.
Let [it] mature in the sun, [then] let [it] come like that… [sun==Prophet Mohammad]
Universe that is endless
Stays neither in you nor in me.
What stays is only the hal of the universe.
It is irrelevant to teach HIS job to The One Who chisels the carved design.
The writing of the destiny changes neither with pleading nor with desire.
If stone appears on your path,
Do not forget that it is the favor of The Lofty One.
Nest that has name, has exceptional human. [nest==Mevlana’s/Garib’s congregation]
Because the nest takes name together with its human.
Meyhane is for the ones who drink wine, [meyhane=bar/restaurant like public place in 14th century where wine was served]
Mevlana is for the ones who fall in deep love.
Be close friend with close friend.
Say, “Close friend,” even to the enemy;
Because he/she is not your enemy, but your close friend
Since he/she shows you the mistake.
I said to all humans;
The one who is faithful knows, takes what I present.
Say, “My Allah,” refer to HIM.
HE gives the most correct one.
Do not see the distance as long.
Do not break the door that is closed.
Because there is no need to break
Since it will be open anyway.
Forefather does not give name to the home.
HE does not block HIS soft human’s path [with stone].
Bad intention does not poke you.
[say,] “Eyvallah,” when laughing,
[say,] “Eyvallah,” when crying.
With the one who laughs, roses open,
With the one who cries, blessing is strewed,
However, [if] tear is shed for my Allah.
If you put painting on the wall, is it the decoration of the wall,
Or the desire of the human?
Do not know [consider] difficulty as fault, wish for strength to defeat [it].
Do not forget that how much hard the difficulty may come [seem] to you,
My Allah’s power is enough for you.
Only take shelter in HIM,
The door that you try to force open,
You will see that it opens on its own.
In the stone that does not spall, look for mine;
Mine makes the stone stronger.
When two forces become one, they find an arm [to wrestle and] to defeat.
If you say, “Let me defeat, let me find my place,”
"To be defeated" is human’s too.
Both the one who is defeated and the one who defeats are my Allah’s humans.
Your oath is not broken.
The one who will participate in the competition, says, “I [will] win.”
This is an oath.
[however,]
There is no one who loses in the competition,
Because the fight is fair. [because the fight/competition occurs in fair conditions]
What is “to pick the fruit [of a tree]"?
Do you not become as taking the merchandize of the tree?
If you take care of the tree,
[then] You become as exchanging with it,
[like] Trading with one another.
Warrior is the one who trusts
Not him/herself
But his/her Allah.
Drop is [a] small piece of the ocean, [ocean==God] [drop==human]
However, it does not spend its day in vain. [? However, he/she does not spend his/her day in vain ?]
