I am Mevlana.
The frame of the beauty: eye.
How are beautiful and ugly expressed?
Word does not know about beautiful, ugly; eye does.
Close your eye, you can not know [who/what is] beautiful, [who/what is] ugly.
If you could not get any fruit,
Does the tree become ugly?
The tree [is] beautiful,
It is beautiful within frame;
If it gave no fruit, it is immaturity.
It is immaturity, however, it is not ugly.

Endlessness gets out of the frame.
In endlessness there is no frame.
To find the endlessness,
To die before dying, [==to know The Meaning while on earth, in body]
[is] To get out of the frame…

One asked Yunus on his earth day: [when Yunus was in body on earth, one asked him:]
Are you from the ones who die, or from the ones who stay?
“We are dead from now on,
We buried the one that stayed,” he said.
(What is the one that stayed?)
His bundle,
His earth-bundle,
His one set of cloths.
We ate, we drank, we passed the day[s],
We were cooked with modesty,
We ran with deep love,
“We were amazed at this matter too,” he said.

One day, Tabduk Emre said to Yunus, [Sufi saint Tabduk Emre was the mursheed [spiritual teacher] of Yunus]
“Roughness [is] in you, braveness [is] in you,
Where did the heart find the quartet?"
Yunus said,
"Braveness [is] to defeat the roughness.
Quartet:
The Creator,
The Creation,
HIS Representative,
And the other one [is] Humanity,”
He said, he divided the heart into four.

The one who is in hal matures [spiritually] within the frame.
The one who is on the path sees him/her [as if he/she were] within the frame.
In reality, the one who matures [spiritually] in hal is not in the frame,
The one who is on the path sees him/her like that.
What is “to be in hal”? [? What is to mature [spiritually] in hal? ?]
HAL:
To find Oneself in water, air, soil, tree, leaf…

Does wall talk?
Of course it does,
It speaks to the one who knows its language.
Wall says:
I protected you from cold,
I hid you from hot.
I became curtain over your decency. [I provided your privacy]
The one who is in hal, knows this,
The one who is on the path sees [the wall].

Did you see the one who went up the mountain?
Did you build the path of the mountain?
If you went up, did you know?
Which one gives the fight: [which one fights:]
The one who builds,
The one who knows,
[or] The one who goes up?
Of course the one who builds.
Did Yunus arrive at the path?
Did he wrap [embrace] the hearts?
Did the one who knew Yunus, mature spiritually?

'Science' is said, one asked about the one who knows.
Know, divide, however at the end
Find what you divide.
Open and read [it],
Pass and read, [read again]
Read even if it comes as difficult,
At the end he/she finds [the] structure.

Science is to know.
To know is to see.
To see is to divide.
To divide
Is to separate the matter into particles
And to understand that one knows nothing.

3 April 1975            

I am Mevlana.
We got out of the non-existence;
The moment in which we got out, we looked.
We took a glance at the day’s interpretation:
Yesterday’s chat is connected to this day,
It is added to the taking of HIS human.
Greeting is waited from all [humans],
Greeting of all of you is expressed.
What is added is the one that is waited for,
The one that is waited for, is not hope of course.

Let us erase the wall,
Let us not look for four corners on the wall
Because the universe has no wall.
The one who can not cross, can not know,
The one who can not know, can not say.

If you say,
“Let me open the cover,
Let me pass through the seven doors,”
Are you from the ones who know that they open?
"To examine" is not “to open.”
On his earth day,
Somuncu examined seven doors.
He smelled every flower,
He searched wheat from [in] the loaf [of bread].
He searched, he found, he knew, he came [to after earth life].
On yesterday, he gave to all [humans].                
Seven door[s], seven path[s],
Seven doors, seven hal[s],
Stay in the seventh one, he said.
He found in seven, he took in seven, he knew in seven.
If you wish to take,
Pass through [spiritual] maturation, choose the nothingness [on earth].

Complaining erases the reality;
The reality is the existence.
“How?” is said.
Each existing one is real
Similar to how the sun exists:
You can not hold [it] with hand,
You can never give what the sun gives.
The seed of the flower is real,
You can only raise it.
Yet, not with your own resources only:
Both soil and water are HIS.
What is yours is what you see;
[what you see is] That you collect from HIS soil.

One asks from [about] the four, “from direction” is being said;
Human’s measure is seen like that.
“Direction” is said;
There is no direction in the universe either,
There is only rotation. [rotation=1) to revolve, to spin. 2) to orbit. 3) to turn. 4) to return.]
We knew to wear [the body], to take off [to erase the body]:
We came [to earth], we took [the spiritual water], we knew [The Meaning], we returned [to after earth life].
We arrived at the four [the quartet] like that,
The reality is this.

My word is for the one who says, “[how about] If I do not mature [spiritually]?”
If you do not mature, why did you come [to earth]?
If you came, what did you know?
Your coming is from HIM,
However,
What you know is yours.

Do you demolish the wall that you can not cross?
Do you pour the water that you can not carry?
Of course you look for helper.
You came [to our chats] because you looked for,
“Our water my Allah,” you said,
You took, you took, you took;
If you say, “I did not mature [spiritually],” then you fall in judgment.

My Yunus says:
Let me take word, let me enter the chat.
Let me divide four into four,
Let me find the four in the four.
Let me join the yeast of the rotation.
It is known that the heart joins.
“My Allah, it is good deed,” is being said,
“HE is The One Who writes,” he said, my Yunus walked.

When it is in hand, in arm, in tongue, in eye,
When HE is remembered from heart,
"Eyvallah," is said;
Salvation is seen in HIM.
Be entrusted to my Allah.
Know the four in the four.

11 April 1975          

I am Mevlana.
The one whom you do not defeat is not the one whom you can not defeat:
He/she is the one whose defeat is not necessary.

Ask the one who opens passage,
“[I open the passage] So that I pass,” he/she says.
Ask the one who does not take the writing,
“So that I choose,” he/she says.
Ask the one who does not seek the world,
“So that I migrate,” he/she says.
Everybody says, yet he/she still conforms to his/her destiny.
Neither does he/she migrate by passing
Nor does he/she conform by choosing.
In the step that we take, there is the word of HAK.

Let greeting be to all of you.
Let the one who comes take, let him/her divide what he/she takes into four.
Let him/her see that one fourth is not sufficient,
That no weed grows in one fourth.


If you read the verses of Koran, do you know?
If you do not know, what [why] do you read?


Say to the one who is curious about the beautiful one of the day:
We will cross, we will run, we will laugh of course.
“Is it the question of yesterday?” is said.
Eyvallah.
What I say is not view but knowledge.
Say, “What he/she seeks in thirty directions, let him/her connect to one direction.”
Thirty wool balls thought [thirty humans thought]
One took the path like that. [one started the journey like that]
Let one take each end as one, [let all ends be joined in one]
Let him/her walk [on] the soft path as he/she knows.

Be entrusted to my Allah.
Conform to what happens on the day.

18 April 1975          

I am Mevlana.
We knew the soft path;
We pleaded for all of them [for all humans].
We added the upward slope to the flatness.
We sold the earth for one penny, he said,
My Yunus took the word from the word.
“The one who does not know to take,
The one who does not hear from maturing, [the one who does not wish to mature spiritually]
The one who does not wish to give,
Do you give [him/her] to [HIS] path?” is being said.
In what is being said,
One thinks that the word is asked from us.
It is not from you, [not] from me,
What is given is of course from HIM.
You knew me,
I found you,
It is not as it is hoped for
But as it is written, he said, my Yunus walked.

What does one say to the word of the one who comes to the door? [what does one say to the one who comes to the door?]
Eyvallah.
Commander gives his word to the private [soldier],
Private shows what is given.

You can not erase The Being, you can not divide manyness,
You can not die before the one that is written.

Let us give [according] to the intention of the one who comes,
Let us stop at the questioning of the one who asks.
(Question: Do the ones who migrate continue to be interested in their close ones who are on earth?)
Aren’t we here?
“Lover longing for the beloved one” is [a] state [situation] of earth.
After migration, scope of love extends,
It does not stay in singleness.
I gave before, you can not divide singleness.

(Question: Why do the names [humans] besides famous persons of Islam not get in touch with us?)
Omar says:
Heartlessness takes to wealth,
Heartfulness takes to wideness.
Each fruit is eaten when it ripens.
Even though unripe fruit is called as ‘very early fruit,’
Its taste occurs only when it ripens.
Saints
Who are talked about,
Who are known in the universe as spiritually mature,
Whose givings do not decrease even though their names are unheard of,
The one who gave in the past and the one who comes to the [your] day,
Take word without judgment.
“What does it mean?” is said.
The day’s system
Is related to the giving of the one who comes.
[the one who comes] He/she does never give place to judgment;
The one who comes on one’s feverish day, is the one who gives peace.
The one who comes on war day is the one who leans on HIS Force.
[in other words:]
The one who comes is the one who conforms to the day’s system.
Because The One Who Knows is The One Who Writes.

(Question: What is spell [sorcery]?)
Which one makes his/her [? its ?] value be found:
The one who chisels the chiseling or the one who builds the wall?
Ali says:
The one who disrupts the balance
Is the one who sieves his/her intention through judgment.
If you do not fall in judgment,
Then you hold neither human nor the path as responsible for the one that happens.
The answer of your question was given before:
“You do not die before the time comes,” was said.


On each path that I crossed, I asked about HIM.
In each human whom I asked, I saw HIM,
He said, my Yunus took the word.
The One Who is mighty is HIM,
Destiny [is] me.
If I fall from the horse that I ride,
Is it because of me,
Or because The Mighty One sees me?
“Let you grab hold of the grapevine,” they said,
They tried to protect me.
“Why?” I said,
I asked saying, “From whom?”
Do not play your trump,
Do not try to put your [destiny's] writing in order;
[because] It [your destiny's writing] is already in HIS order,
It is in The One Who writes [with] pen. [your destiny is being written by HIM]

If you do not put your belt to its place,
Then you complain.

“Bridge,” is said, one asks about after earth life, [bridge==”Sirat bridge”=according to old teachings of Islam, one passes this bridge in order to enter the heaven…]
One is scared of the difficulty of passing [the bridge].
The bridge that will make you pass is your love.
“[love] For whom?” is being said.
There is no description of love according to form, [or] to color, [or] to [spiritual] maturation [? [or] to happening [of events] ?].
When fault is not sought, [when one does not look for fault]
Your love increases,
He said, my Yunus gave the word.

In the flying of the bird,
You can not find the blowing of the wind.
“Let him/her arrive at his/her place, let him/her be soft,” is being said.
In all [humans], hearts are taken as example for the flying of bird.
Of course:
Do not blow like wind, you [may] destroy,
Do not flow like torrent, you [may] carry [like a torrent],
[then] You look at the one who goes, from behind.

Be entrusted to my Allah.
Take from the one who went What he/she found.

19 April 1975          

I am Mevlana.


If we do not cross the bridge [to heaven], [that’s because] we do not know that it is from The Giver.
My Allah is from The Giver. [my Allah is The Giver]
HIS human is from the ones who know HIMSELF. 
In order to know my Allah
It is not necessary to see the flower, the bug;
If it was like that [i.e. if "to see the flower, the bug" was necessary to know HIM,  then,]
The one who is in desert, does [would] not know [HIM].
If there is earth and sky,
[then] Look at yourself, that is enough:
My Allah is everywhere.

Game is not from us;
Take [it] off, it is not from essence.
First put [it] on, then put [it] on again and again,
At the end,
You will see that that you undress on your own. [you will see that you erase the body]
Our word is open [clear].
“What is game?” is said.
Game: the one that is on HIS path comes to your foot.
Game: human is distracted by what he/she calls as “I know myself.” [without coming to his/her senses, he/she thinks that he/she knows him/herself [i.e. he/she thinks that he/she is spiritually mature], hence he/she does not spend any effort [to learn The Meaning]]
‘What is the reality?” is being said.
Ali says,
The reality
Is what you believe,
Is that you know The One That exists,
Is The One That you take into your heart.
If you say, “What is the one that I put on?”
It is what you read [i.e. our chats].

Foot carries [you] if it takes your permission;
Your heart carries [you] if it makes [you] fall in deep love.

What you call about as “I am the owner,”
Is neither your life nor your blood.

Do not forget: it is written to the universe, the law does not change.
Of course you will come, when you come, you will laugh
Because you will find Your Original.

Let one not say, “The one that is known,"
[because while on earth, in body, one can only say:]
It is The One That is hoped for.
Let it not be forgotten: It is not known before coming. [? HE is not known before coming [to after earth life]. ?]
The one who comes [to after earth life] does not return [to earth].

“Where is the wideness?” is being said.
Neither in its width nor in its length;
There is no measure for its area,
No pole can reach its ceiling,
Earth measure is not appropriate [here].
“How does he/she mature, where does he/she know [learn] from?” is being said.
The existence of the universe does not stay [with]in heart’s dimension.
“What does it mean?” is said.
Human measures his/her heart,
Takes The One That exists with his/her love.
It is human’s heart dimension according to him/herself.
In Reality, the measure is the hal of earth.
There is neither ruined one of good deed
Nor mirage of sin.
Peace is measured only on earth.
The peace of the human who commits sin and
[the peace of] The one who does not [commit sin] are not one [the same] of course.
“What do we measure,
Whom do we ask from?” is being said.
What is written in Koran is human’s law.
Let one not say, “[how about] The one who does not know?”
If you ask your neighbor, if you take one word,
You add good deed to your [spiritual] maturation.

In the universe, do not be amazed
At the deep love of the rose and the nightingale,
He said, my Yunus entered the word.
If I say,
"The one that you take with oil, that you know as olive,
Is the one that you, I, [and] the birds in air eat,"
Then you do not ask from the one who does not eat [it].
Yet you do not mature [spiritually] without salt either…

“Not crossing” of the one who says, “I will cross” is not possible. [the one who says, “I will cross,” will cross]
If my Allah does not put in your [? his/her ?] heart,
[then] It is not wish.

The specialty of Friday is because of the beauty of HIS human.
“How?” is said.
All HIS humans were/are tried on Friday.
Of course, each day’s value is from The Creator.
However,
HIS human decorates Friday.
The One Who is The Commander is HIM;
Each event [is] under HIS order [command], in the written lifetime of HIS human.

“What is 'suffering'?” is said.
When you say, "My wish [does not come true]," it is that you are [spiritually] immature.
When The One Who writes is HIM, [spiritual] immaturity is because of you.
If it is like that, suffering is not because of HIM but because of you.
If you say, “Is death not ‘suffering’?”
When you say, “I was born, I live, I will die,”
When you know the coming [to earth], the return [to after earth life],”
Then is the suffering not because of you?
There is no one who misleads you.

If you say,
Let us go along the sea,
Let us find Yunus on the beach,
You go and go, [however,] you can not find [him],
You ask and ask, you can not take.
Check on your heart; is the one whom you see, Yunus? 
If you say, “[no,] Not him,” then you are mistaken.

I am Mevlana.
[for] The question [to] which you do not take [any answer], there is [spiritual] immaturity.
Mesnevi is narrow for the universe. [Mesnevi falls short in describing the universe]
If you put the full one and the empty next to each other,
Then you understand:
The full one overflows, the empty one falls.

The one who is not brave, does not consider the one who is brave, as support
Because he/she does not conform to The Reality.

If you say, “Let us break the bottle that does not open,”
[then] What you can not open spills;
At the place where it spills, it spreads.
Of course it is not useful, [because] ground does not know what was inside the bottle.

Be entrusted to my Allah.
Know that the rule is the one that is written [by HIM]. [? Know that the foundation is the one that is written [by HIM]. ?]

Let us say goodbye.
Lailaheillallah Muhammedur Resulullah. [Allah is The only One to be worshiped, and Mohammad is HIS Representative.]
