10 November 1973

I am Mevlana.
We came in peace, we gave peace.
In hearts: we saw, we erased from its surface.
If you say, “Why,” [because] with effort one does not arrive beyond.
One sees nothing but The Giving.
What is being said is from HAK, one does not go back [on one's word]. [what we say is in the name of God, we do not go back on our word]
The one that is seen in crowd is oneness,
The one that is seen in oneness is peace.
Oneness develops the force, narrowness divides [it].
The one that the traveler looks forward to
Is arrival in The One Who waits,
Is peace.

We did not take from the summit, we did not erase from heart.
If you wish for swaddling, you wait for the one who is born.
If you say, “What is his/her name,” before he/she is born, [then] you are mistaken.

The one who gives up Darling, takes path from torrent;
The one who takes path from wind, gets caught in torrent.
Our aim is neither to go on the path with wind, nor to get caught in torrent.
[our aim] Is to walk step by step at the place where the [spiritual] water flows [to the ocean]. [ocean==God]
Vision of the arrival is in the giving of The Protector.

If you say, “Your wool ball is in my hand,” it is in human’s judgment. [wool ball==lifetime on earth]
Let us not fall in judgment, let us not ask human about the reason.

Grain is not sought on olive branch;
The grain that is not counted, is not divided.

The one that is mixed in the name of HAK is not eaten as haram:
The One Who gives is HIM, the one that comes is from HIM,
The one that is referred, is to HIM.

The one that is seen in respect is the one that is spread in each heart;
When evil is erased from heart, the flowers that are spread are seen.

The one who loves, is loved as much as he/she loves.
Because heart opens as much as one loves.

Narrowness does not come to heart.
If you say, “How about the one that is narrow?”
Such human does not know to love.
To say, “Is he/she faulty?” does not fall on HIS human. [human should not question that]
His/her judgment is from HIM as well as his/her interrogation is from HIM. [HE is The One Who will interrogate and judge]

If you say, “Is effort in vain?”
The wall of the building of which the foundation is laid, is of course built,
Effort that is necessary is given.
However,
If you fall in the fire of your power,
Then you are mistaken.

Let you be entrusted to my Allah.

I am Mevlana.
I came from the garden of the real rose, after being filled from the bundle of the heart.
I saw questioning in all [humans].
“Let my Allah be pleased with the one who asks, with the one who does not ask,” I said.

How is the [spiritual] maturation when coming [to earth]?
By knowing the going. [the going==1) to know that all events are created by God, and to conform to them without complaint. 2) going to after earth life.]

The giving of the garden is because of the taking of human:
If you say, “I took what I planted,” what you take is not from you.
In reality, even what you know is not from you.
The one that is yours, is only your conformity to what you see.

The one who does not take [spiritual water], does not know.

The one who falls in his/her trouble, does not find before remembering [HIM].
If it is like that, the trouble that you fall in makes you find HIM.
In finding, HE makes you see the salvation.

My Yunus says:
The one who seeks light in candle is the one who sees the salvation in night.
If you ask about the noble one to the noble one,
“Beautiful,” he/she says.
If you ask the noble one about the one who is not noble,
He/she says that he/she is ugly.
What is the one that is seen between the noble one and the one who is not noble?
It is the one that human separates from human.
My Allah does not separate, does not say, “The noble one-the one who is not noble,”
HE does not deprive [anyone] of HIS giving.
If what is meant by 'the giving' is matter,
Then human falls in separation.

Love the one who does not love you.
Love the one who does not know you.
Love the one who does not ask about you.
[then] You help your return [to after earth life], [? [then] You help him/her to turn [to HIS path], ?]
[then] You find your own direction.

When one turns back from the direction that was consulted,
It is seen that his/her record is erased.
Where is the record erased?
At the place where the writing ends.

The one who sets up his/her throne is the one who wishes for his/her crown.
If permission is not granted [by Allah], your throne stays as empty.

As long as
Eye is on the path,
Heart is in HIM,
Life is in Darling,
Let there be no fear from sweat.
Path belongs to the one
Who takes,
Who says, “I am from HAK.”

To ask about the place of the one who conforms to HAK’s Name,
To know his/her custom,
To look for him/her at the region
Is irrelevant.
Because he/she is everywhere.
The one who is faithful knows,
The one who seeks superficially melts like in the example of ice.

The heart that is in narrowness, takes trouble[/worry] as partner.
[however,] Even the owner of the one that you call as “trouble,” is also my Allah.

What is the one that you seek in the flow of the water?
I gave to question. [I asked]
[all flowing waters reach the ocean] [ocean==God]
Is there any water that does not find the salvation?
If it is like that, why is the worry?
The one that is in desert as well as the one that is on mountain is reunited with the ocean.

“HE loves the one who loves [HIM],” you say,
You rule in the name of my Allah.
HIM, HE loves the one who loves as well as the one who does not love.
The one who loves, knows HIM as close because he/she loves HIM.
The one who does not love, he/she stays away from HIM [because of] him/herself.
Let one not fall in worry about HIS love [for each one of you]. [one should not doubt that HE loves every one of you]

Word was said, saz was played, [saz=a stringed instrument (which somewhat resembles a lute)]
Yunus was remembered with his name.
He came to word, he said, “Greeting.”
I bent forward with branch, I found my reflection on [the surface of the] water.
Root stayed in water,
Tree
Became tall,
Said, “Let the one who wishes, see.”
[humans] Took shelter in its shade.
If it is said, “Let it be willow, let it bend its branch,
Let it give strength to your back,”
[then] “Seek the strength within your own back,” is said.
“The strength that you seek in your own back is from HIM,” he said,
He greeted.

21 November 1973

I am Mevlana.
Swaddle cloth is wrapped, paths are asked.
Each event is mixed [created] with the hand of HAK.
As long as my Allah does not give permission
Neither does the word of human take place
Nor does his/her path find direction.

The purpose of living is to cover the open,
Not to laugh at mistake.

If you say, “We are from the ones who know the chiseling,”
I say, "Eyvallah."

HAK is not seen in the food that is not eaten. [God is seen in the food that is eaten]

One does not climb the minaret to watch around.

One does not turn his/her face away from the one who says, “Greeting."

Do not load fault on the close friend whom you do not search so that [the close friend whom you do not call and ask how he/she is doing]
You do not take load [onto yourself].

I gave before:
Do never look for mistake.
Because master of [HIS] path is after
Not the one that lies in human’s heart, [not the one that is in accordance with human's heart]
But the one that conforms to HAK’s order [command].
What is The order [command] of HAK?
"I CREATED, I LOOKED AFTER.
I MANIFESTED ONE'S EACH HAL.
HIS/HER MISTAKE IS FROM ME AS WELL AS HIS/HER WISDOM,
WHY IS THE WORD FROM you?
DECISION ABOUT HUMAN DOES NOT FALL ON HUMAN!" [human is not supposed to judge human]

Human who covers copper pan with golden lid
Does not dig the one that passed. [silver==matter; gold==spiritual meaning]
One does not fall in judgment about an event that is not said about.

One does not get out of the writing that is written. [the writing==destiny]

What does one expect from saddle?
The comfort that it will give to human.
What does one expect from horse shoe?
The comfort that it will give to animal.
Neither is this one useless nor the other one.

If there is branch in the foot of the bird that does not alight,
It takes [it] to its nest.
Do you fall in questioning saying, “Why does it take [it there]?”
Because it conforms to HAK’s order [command].

If you ask about the one that happened, that did not happen,
He/she says, “It will soon happen,” he/she waits with patience.
[? If you ask the one who matured [spiritually] about the one who did not mature,
'He/she will soon mature [spiritually],' he/she says, he/she waits with patience. ?]

What do you expect from grass?
What the green gives is hope to human’s heart. [green==Light color of Prophet Mohammad]
What is hope?
Hope is the door that opens to brightness.
Therefore, green is the door that is wished for.
It is the one that is seen in the color of yellow, in the equivalent of [spiritually] mature one.

In the leaf of the oak, in the soil of the chestnut,
There is no place of your effort.
It is only conformity to The Giving.

“Ya Allah,” he said, my Yunus came.
I am not on earth, in the sky, I am in hearts.
I am at each place where I am wished for, where I am remembered.
When life and Darling become one, lives come together.

When blessing is given,
The one who knows its value, thanks Darling abundantly.
However,
Blessing is being given in every moment,
Human is being kneaded within the blessing;
Do you think one “thank YOU” is enough for The Giving.

Weed does not grow from the place where straw is buried.
Why?
Because the one that comes from earth, does not end on earth.
In order for one to end on earth,
It is necessary that one completes its[/his/her] period.
How does it[/he/she] complete its[/his/her] period?
I gave before.
When you start questioning, you pass from question to question.
Straw: it is necessary that it burns and becomes ash like in the example of dry wood,
Or it should be eaten and become lake.
When it is eaten and becomes lake, its soil becomes fruitful,
Because it completed its period.
Do not say [bad] word to HIS human who did not complete his/her period.
He/she may be mistaken.
However,
He/she is mistaken because his/her period is not completed.
His/her fruitfulness is of course scarce.
[yet,] There is no human who does not complete his/her period,
Even if it is late…

What is the aim when [baby] is wrapped in swaddling cloth?
To cover the fault of the baby.
It does not happen like that during his/her whole life of course.
The one who tries to cover his/her own fault becomes wise human.
He/she earns sainthood not by his/her work, but by his/her knowing:
I gave [explained] The Creator, did I not?
Not by working, but by The One That you know.
You can not know The One That you know, [The One Whom you perceive, you can not prove HIM by using your basic matter science...]
Know so that you can not divide the creation [? The Creation ?].
The creation is only ONE, is One Building.
If you divide, universe is HIS Attribute.
We said that “God” is HIS Persona.
When “Allah” is said: HIS Persona and HIS Attribute.
We said “God,” let us give HIS explanation with word[s]:
“My God,” you say, you only address HIM.
Can you say, “I am God”?
Never, because you are in HIS Attribute.
When you return to HIM, when you get free of the body,
You are HIM too.
If HE is not in you, What is The One Who makes HIM known to you?

When HE says, “I am your RAB,” the answer that you will get is definite.
If you say, “We wished, we searched [YOU],”
“I came,” HE says.
In reality, The One Who gives as well as The One Who makes be given, is HIM.
HIS judgment is above interrogation.
Do not be mistaken,
Do not reach decision in HIS Name.
Decision is HIS.
If human says about loss, then he/she is mistaken.
Why do I say, “Do not let eyvallah go out of sight; [say always, "Eyvallah,"]
Do not give place to oath [do not swear]
In the name of my Allah,
In HIS decision."

If I said, “I am Mevlana,”
It is because I came in HIS Name to HIS human’s body as representative.
Koran: HE is not incapable of giving pen to the hand of each human,
Of making [Koran] be written.
However, what HE will give to human, HE makes [it] be distributed by human’s hand.
HE educates human with human,
However, HE also grinds human with his/her own intention.

Yunus promenaded, walked, returned, found in his heart.
The one who knows him/herself is the one
Who erases the worry, who conforms to the writing.
If you say, “How do I know the writing,
How do I make my decision?”
You can not know the writing of course.
However,
If you conform to what happens, if you wait for the decision from HIM,
Then you become as if you see the writing.
Do not think about the writing:
The One Who writes, knows, writes.
It is written before you come [to earth],
Do not think that it is changed if you wish.
If you know to conform, your path opens.

What is necessary for the one
Who throws stone at you,
Who hits your head,
Who adds word to your word?
“I did not take your word,
I did not treat you roughly,
I did not hear your degeneration,” you say,
You give your hand to him/her;
You win,
You make him/her win too.

Do you know how beautiful it is for you to conform to the one who knows to come to his/her senses?
Do you know how pleasant it is to say, “I made him/her find the correct one”?
Why do we come from there to here?
If he/she gave you this opportunity, hug him/her,
Thank my Allah.

Not the one who makes you come to your senses
But the one whom you make come to his/her senses.
What is the purpose of saying, “Do not make the one who comes to your door, turn back [accept the one who comes to your door]”?
I said before, even if your enemy comes to your door,
Do not say, “My path does not conform to you, my Grandpa does not give you.” [Grandpa==Hazrat Mevlana]

When hearts are one, is there any need for invitation?
We walk and come at once, we set up the table at once.
At dervish lodge there is no host, no guest.
Lives come together, they come into Being with Darling.
Effort is in human’s intention:
If you say, “Let me mature [spiritually],” [then] you mature [spiritually],
If you say, “Let me seek,” [then] you find.

Talk definitely not about events but about surroundings.
Event is HAK’s, surrounding [is] not the one that HE gives you.
Event: the one that is written, the one that is given to you.
Eyvallah.
The most beautiful one of the chat is the one that is in HIS Name.
Let you be entrusted to my Allah.

26 November 1973

I am Mevlana.
We greeted all of you.
We waited for traveler from the soft path.
In the order that we created, we saw HAK’s hand.

If you say, “I have my oath,”
When one begs my Allah’s pardon,
When, “I do not swear in the name of my Allah,” is said,
He/she takes path to his/her pardon, [HE pardons you]
HE gives relief to his/her heart, I say.

If it is earth, it shows [HIS Giving/HIM];
If it is heart, it makes one [spiritually] mature. [? If it is heart, it makes one reach [HIM]. ?]
The one that I take from earth, melts in heart.
I found in 'dem,' I saw in 'dem,' I matured in 'dem.'
If you say, “What is 'dem'?” Reflection [deep thinking].
What is meant by dem: to lose consciousness with wine.
If you lose consciousness without wine,
“Brave one of HIS path,” I say.

Do not be scared of rough hand, do not think that he/she plucks;
Because whatever his/her intention is, his/her action is the one that is written.

What the well gives, is the one that comes from thirst.

What is 'to live'?
If you say, "Breathe,"
“It is doubtful that each one who breathes, lives,” I say.
Because 'to live' is 'to know.'
Only the one who knows, lives.
The one who does not know is not different than tree.
The one who knows is
The one who conforms to what comes from HIM,
The one who says, “If HE wrote, it is the most beautiful one,”
The one who says, “Eyvallah,” even if he/she eats dry bread,
The one who knows not to defeat, but to love,
The one who gives his/her hand [to the defeated one] even though he/she is defeated.

If you say, “What I do not know is a lot, what I know is only One,”
If you learn one word from each one who gives, your benefit is yours.

The essence belongs
Not to the one who keeps the value in hand,
But to the one who conforms his/her heart to HIM.

In each number that you count, do not say, “The one that stays [that is left] in my hand.”
What comes to your hand does not stay,
The one who knows, does not count.
I gave before:
If HE gave five out of your ten wishes,
It is so because it is for your own good deed. [i.e. five wishes did not become true because of your own good]
What you seek in pine, you can not find in willow.
Is the fault in tree? [is that the fault of the tree?]

Your heart is the reason for each opening of the door.
Your good deed is the reason for the cleaning of the stones of your path.

Do not return from HIS path.

If you say, “Let me pick the apple from its branch,”
Know to wait.
Tree is present, fruit is abundant, why is 'to wait' difficult?
...
...
You wait for fish from the ocean, you say, “My God-given share,” for the one that comes.
You count the bird in the air, you say, “The one that comes is good deed.”
[if so,] Why do you interpret the events darkly?

Before eating the fruit, do not say [bad] word about its taste;
Before tasting, do not add sugar,
[maybe] Its taste is [already] in place. [maybe it is already tasty and does not need any sugar]

Let my Allah be pleased with all [humans].

Helper is my Allah, do not expect from HIS human.
However, do not say harsh word to HIS human.

We wrote, we traced, we solved.

The hand that you could not defeat, caress [it] with love.

His/her yeast is mixed, his/her dough is kneaded,
His/her destiny is traced.
He/she started by denial,
[however, then] He/she said, "HAK is HIM," he/she found HAK from denial.
When saying, “My Allah,” when knowing HIM,
It does not matter if my morsel comes as dry,
As long as he/she says, “I am Your human.”

Shams is the one such that, [Shams==spiritual guide of Mevlana when he was on earth in body]
In the torch that he ignited, withdrawal from destiny is seen.
The one who takes the mirror in hand, the one who sees himself in it,
The one who turns his face toward HAK,
Is the one who erases himself, saying, “The salvation of the people.”
“Keramet” of the return: salvation of all [humans]. [keramet=1. miracle worked by God through a person. 2. the God-given power of working miracles.]

Whose is HIS heaven?
Whom is HIS hell for?
HIS each human who winds his/her wool ball wishes for HIS heaven. [to wind the wool ball==to take the test on earth]
My Allah gives the wish of HIS each human.
There is no one who does not know to come to his/her senses. [? The one who does not come to his/her senses, does not mature [spiritually]. ?]
Hell is not written for HIS human.

What is the one that stays in mind? [what is the one that is remembered?]
Not the one that you did not take, but only the one that you have taken.

Let us say, “Eyvallah,” let us give the word.
If what you look for does not happen, rejoice for the one that you found.
If he/she does not know his/her place, rejoice that he/she stays.

In reality, there is no mistake in the event.
If it did not conform to [your] intention, [it is so] because it is good deed [for you].

The one who spreads stone on his/her [other human’s] path
Is the one who blocks his/her own path.

Think of each door that you will open
Saying, “Let it conform to the one who comes [after me] too;”
Do not say, “If I pass, it is [good] enough.”

Nourish the events with your love,
Decorate the day that you call as “smoky.”

Do not say, “He/she hit,” for the one who did not hit.

If you say, “Let him/her be soft,” [? If you say, "Let it [the event] be soft," ?]
[then] Do not add word to his/her word.

Do not look doubtfully at The Giving.

The one who does not walk, does not move forward on the [HIS] path.
The one who walks, is not delayed on the [HIS] path.

Let us say, “Eyvallah,” to all of you,
Let us see the salvation in conformity.
Goodbye.
